This is a unique programme to The Adult College of Barking and Dagenham, where we nurture and develop the skills of our residents and staff within the area of education and training.

Our programme consists of a wide range of courses within the sector to suit the abilities and requirements of the learner, allowing them to progress into teaching if that is their ultimate goal.

Our programme offers courses in:  

• volunteering
• mentoring
• education and training level 3
• assessor training 
• internal quality assurance training

All courses have a mandatory introduction session, with the majority of courses being taught remotely via online delivery through Microsoft Teams.
