Dagenham Jobshop – Dagenham Library, 1 Church Elm Lane, Dagenham, RM10 9QS.
Please bring the following documents from each bullet point if you attend for registration:
- Photo ID – Passport / Driver’s license / Provisional / Biometric & Right to Work document
- Proof of address (letter dated within the last 3 months)
- Proof of NI Number (NI Card/letter, Tax Record, P60, Payslip, P45, Benefits documentation etc)
- If documents are not in the same name, please provide proof of change of name (e.g., marriage certificate or deed poll.
